Context

Research and development of voice agents able to hold conversations, answer questions and execute simple actions such as bookings. It included self-hosting LiveKit, phone integration with Asterisk/VoIP, MCP functions and an MCP server for Odoo.

Impact

Opened a path for phone automation connected to existing business systems.
